The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has acknowledged XRP ETF filings filed by Nasdaq and Cboe BZX on behalf of CoinShares, Canary Capital, and WisdomTree, according to three separate filings the agency posted on its website on Wednesday.
This comes after the SEC acknowledged XRP ETF filings filed by Grayscale and Bitwise in the past few days.
The SEC’s case against Ripple could play a key role in the agency’s decision on XRP ETFs.

After the SEC put on hold several lawsuits filed by the previous administration led by Gary Gensler against crypto companies, such as Coinbase (NASDAQ:COIN) and Binance, XRP investors expected similar action in the case against Ripple.
