Indicators Used

  1. Smart Money Concepts – Mark key support and resistance zones.

  2. Stochastic RSI – Detects overbought and oversold levels.

Entry Conditions

Short Operations

  • We expect the price to bounce off the resistance marked by Smart Money Concepts.

  • The Stochastic RSI must be overbought (>80).

  • At that point, we opened a short position.

  • Stop Loss: We place the SL above the resistance.

  • Take Profit: We place it near the support with a risk/benefit ratio of 1:3.

Long Trades

  • We expect the price to bounce at the support marked by Smart Money Concepts.

  • The Stochastic RSI should be in oversold (<20).

  • At that moment, we open a long position.

  • Stop Loss: We place the SL below the support.

  • Take Profit: We set it close to the resistance with a risk/reward ratio of 1:3.

Considerations

  • Always trade in favor of the trend. Currently, if the market is bearish, we will only enter shorts.

  • Try first on a demo account before trading with real money.

  • Use small amounts when starting to minimize risks.
