I have puppies on the Binance Smart Chain that are now tightly locked up, unable to come out at all, with no liquidity.

Why can't this coin be exchanged? I don't know where it came from, I discovered it from the transaction information in the wallet's trading address. Is it a scam coin? Can anyone explain it?
