🔴 Court rejects D.O.G.E. ban! A federal judge in Washington has rejected a request to block Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E.) from accessing U.S. Department of Labor data. The decision follows a lawsuit filed by the AFL-CIO, which accused Musk of obtaining sensitive information that gives him an unfair advantage!
⚠️ Concerns over espionage and influence peddling! The union warns that Elon could use the data to his advantage, especially in investigations into his companies like Tesla, SpaceX, and X, which could put whistleblowers at risk. But the court found that the AFL-CIO did not provide sufficient evidence of any direct harm.
💰 Another legal battle! In New York, Judge Paul Engelmayer has issued an order temporarily blocking D.O.G.E.'s access to Treasury Department data, warning of the risk of data breaches. He has ordered all government employees associated with Trump to destroy any information they have obtained since his inauguration!
🔥 Fierce opposition to Elon! Attorney General Letitia James accused Musk of "exploiting government data to cut public services," while Musk responded by saying: "The Democrat Party is mercilessly attacking D.O.G.E. because it exposes corruption!"
📅 The next hearing on Treasury data is on February 14, and until then, Elon's team remains temporarily locked out of Treasury data, but still retains access to Labor Department data.
📉 Liquidity crisis is getting worse! The Federal Reserve's Reverse Repurchase Facility (RRP) has lost $2.5 trillion since December 2022, threatening financial market stability. With America's debt at $36.2 trillion, Trump is trying through D.O.G.E to reduce government spending by $1 billion a day. Will he succeed?
🔎 What do you think of these developments? Is Musk abusing his influence, or is he fighting corruption? 🤔
