Although the Eclipse official website lists 90 ecological projects, in reality, there aren't that many that are interactive after reviewing. I'll summarize the interactive ones and those I recommend, so you won't get lost by following, liking, and bookmarking~

Recommended Projects:

https://orca.so/?chainId=eclipse Orca's DEX, currently ranked first in depth

https://teth.eclipse.xyz Mint tETH, an official promoted new feature, but it's interacting on Ethereum

https://eclipse.save.finance Lending, already launched on SOLANA, TVL is decent

https://app.astrol.io Lending, not as deep as the above, but has 1M in funds

https://scopenft.xyz NFT platform, an NFT platform that has collaborated with the official many times. Although there were issues with fees before, I still recommend it

https://eclipse.alldomains.id Domain names, mainly free

https://moonlaunch.fun Meme platform, looks very similar to pump

https://eclipse.fight.horse Meme platform, issuing tokens with about 0.3U in fees

https://eclipse.skatechain.org Polymarket's betting entry on Eclipse

Interactive but not recommended for main brushing:

This type of project can increase the number of contracts and TX count, but I personally think they have disadvantages, mainly due to poor depth and low participation

https://eclipse.invariant.app DEX depth is not good, can brush with small funds

https://eclipse.lifinity.io/swap DEX depth is not good, can brush with small funds

https://eclipse.solarstudios.co/swap/ DEX depth is not good, can brush with small funds

https://eclipse.sharptrade.fi Not much transaction volume seen, options have a relatively higher threshold

https://eclipse.hedgehog.markets Spinach platform, each pool's prize pool looks very low

https://eclipse.letscook.wtf Meme platform, similarly low transaction volume

https://eclipsedomains.xyz Domain names, $5 each, currently not recommended for payment

https://app.ensofi.xyz Fixed short-term lending platform, depth is not good and is timed

There are also some projects that I feel are quite good, but it seems they haven't launched on the Eclipse mainnet yet. I will update when they go live~
