According to PANews, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has officially released new business rules, including the 'Guidelines for Self-Regulation of Listed Companies on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board No. 5 – Sci-Tech Growth Layer.' These guidelines emphasize the importance of managing investor suitability. The recent reforms have not introduced new investment thresholds for individual investors participating in the Sci-Tech Growth Layer stock trading. The existing requirements remain at a financial threshold of 500,000 yuan in assets and two years of investment experience. Additionally, in accordance with the 'Sci-Tech Innovation Board Opinions,' investors must sign a specialized risk disclosure statement before investing in newly registered, unprofitable tech enterprises on the Sci-Tech Growth Layer.
