According to Cointelegraph, ARK Invest sold nearly $1 million of Circle shares in two days. ARK sold 300,108 shares of Circle on June 17, worth $447,000.

Circle shares fell 1.3% on June 17, despite the U.S. Senate passing the GENIUS stablecoin bill. ARK sold a total of 642,766 shares of Circle in two days, worth approximately $96.5 million.

Three ARK funds participated in the sale, including the ARK Innovation ETF, ARK Next Generation Internet ETF, and ARK Fintech Innovation ETF. ARKK sold 208,654 shares, while ARKW and ARKF sold 65,320 shares and 26,134 shares, respectively.

Except for ARK, other major Circle investors have not reported selling their shares. Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire plans to sell 1.58 million shares in the IPO, accounting for 8% of his holdings.
