According to BlockBeats, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on his official social media platform that Russia launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine. The assault spanned nearly the entire country, affecting regions including Volyn, Lviv, Ternopil, Kyiv, Sumy, Poltava, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv.
Ukrainian forces successfully intercepted some missiles and drones. The Russian military deployed over 400 drones and more than 40 missiles in the attack. The assault has resulted in 49 casualties, with the number expected to rise.
