This change is aligned with three strategic objectives: Layer 1 scaling, blob expansion, and user experience enhancement. Key figures such as Tim Beiko and Alex Stokes will oversee the implementation of these goals, while some team members will depart from the foundation. The initiative aims to improve research and development collaboration, accelerate zkEVM and Layer 2 integration, and advance Ethereum's global expansion.
