According to PANews, U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock switched to a dissenting vote, bringing the support votes for the procedural motion of the (GENIUS Act) back down to 59 votes. We are still waiting for some supporting votes to come in. The motion requires at least 60 votes to pass, so the final result is still unconfirmed.
