According to Deep Tide TechFlow, on May 15, Anchorage Digital CEO Nathan McCauley denied that the company is under investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security at the Consensus 2025 conference in Toronto.
McCauley stated that the company has tasked its legal team to investigate the relevant accusations, and the results confirmed that the reports are untrue. Previously, it was reported that the DHS's Eldorado Special Task Force was investigating the company's operational practices and policies.
