According to a report by Jinshi Data, the Royal Bank of Canada predicts that the momentum of the euro will stagnate but is expected to recover after the Federal Reserve cuts interest rates later this year. The euro has been declining since it reached a three-year high of 1.1574 on April 21.
As trade tensions ease, the enthusiasm for selling the US dollar has diminished. An interest rate cut by the US is expected to benefit the euro, and the euro's share in global foreign exchange reserves may increase in the coming years.
