According to Foresight News, Google is implementing privacy-focused upgrades to its Wallet service by incorporating zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) technology for age verification. This technology will be selectively applied to other Google products and will be used in collaboration with applications like Bumble. These applications will utilize Google Wallet's digital ID for user identity verification and ZKP for age verification. Additionally, Google plans to open-source its ZKP technology to other wallets and online services.
