To support users in the earthquake-affected areas of Myanmar and Thailand, Binance Charity and Binance co-founder Zhao Changpeng (CZ) jointly launched a donation campaign, distributing up to $1.5 million in BNB to affected Binance users through an airdrop. The airdrop amount will be allocated based on users' KYC or POA information.
Eligible users will receive BNB token vouchers through the Rewards Center by April 14, 2025, with the amount determined by their verification status and location. The specific allocation criteria are as follows:
Myanmar: All KYC-verified users who are not dormant will receive BNB worth $5, while users who have completed KYC and POA in the most severely affected areas will receive BNB worth $50.
Thailand (Binance TH by Gulf Binance users): All users who have completed KYC and provided a valid address will receive BNB worth $5, while users who have completed KYC and reside at an address in the most severely affected Gulf Binance users area will receive BNB worth $10.
