According to BlockBeats, a recent report from Goldman Sachs reveals that hedge funds have significantly increased their net selling of U.S. stocks, reaching the highest level in seven weeks as of March 21. The report highlights that short selling has surpassed long buying activities. Among the 11 U.S. industries, eight experienced net selling, with industrials, consumer discretionary, information technology, healthcare, and real estate leading the trend. In contrast, the financial, energy, and materials sectors were the only ones to see net buying.
