The "Stand With Crypto" organization, which has approximately 62,000 registered members in New Jersey, highlights the potential impact of these voters, given that the margin of victory in the 2021 governor election was only 84,000 votes.
Recent surveys indicate that 63% of the organization's members are inclined to support candidates who favor cryptocurrency, while 17% are unwilling to vote for those opposing crypto policies. The current governor, Phil Murphy, is unable to run due to term limits, and the final candidates will be decided in the June primary.
Although the organization's members generally lean towards the Republican Party, 45% of them have expressed that their voting preferences could still change.
