According to Foresight News, cybersecurity firm SlowMist has reported that several users have experienced theft of their wallet assets after installing the application BOM. The malicious actors behind BOM exploit the app to steal private keys and mnemonic phrases, enabling them to transfer and conceal the stolen assets.
Foresight News advises users to avoid downloading unknown applications to prevent potential asset loss.
