The top five networks by TVL are Arbitrum One with $14.4 billion, experiencing a 1.58% rise; Base with $12.19 billion, up by 3.34%; OP Mainnet with $5.27 billion, increasing by 5.2%; ZKsync Era with $936 million, which saw a decrease of 1.44%; and Starkent with $679 million, up by 3.32%.
