According to Odaily, a Reuters survey reveals that out of 101 economists, 67 anticipate that the Federal Reserve will implement at least one interest rate cut by the end of June. This marks an increase from a January survey where nearly 60% of economists expected a rate cut by the end of March. Additionally, 57 out of 99 economists believe the Federal Reserve will make one or two more rate cuts this year, compared to 56 out of 102 economists who held this view in January. Furthermore, among 46 economists, 27 have noted a recent rise in inflation risks due to tariffs, while 17 see no change, and 2 report a decrease.
