According to PANews, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has expressed support for developing an anonymous voting tool for ETH holders to participate in Ethereum Foundation (EF) governance discussions. This tool, similar to 'anoncast,' would utilize zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) to allow users to verify their ETH holdings and determine their frequency of input based on the amount they hold. For instance, a user with N ETH could express their opinion every (120 million/N) seconds.

Buterin suggested implementing this mechanism on decentralized social platforms like Farcaster or Lens Protocol to ensure a fully trustless and intermediary-free process. He believes this approach would minimize social media noise, accurately reflect the collective voice of ETH holders, and showcase the potential of Ethereum technology.
