The top five networks by TVL are Arbitrum One with $17.72 billion, experiencing a 0.06% rise; Base with $14.31 billion, up by 5.02%; OP Mainnet with $7.19 billion, increasing by 1.04%; ZKsync Era with $1.16 billion, which saw a decrease of 2.09%; and Blast with $929 million, down by 5.44%.
