Matter Labs, developer of #zkSync. , was sued by BANKEX in the Supreme Court of New York for alleged intellectual property theft.
Two former employees, Alexandr Vlasov and Petr Korolev, were accused of copying the code from the Plasma project of #BANKEX from 2017 to develop Matter Labs.
Matter Labs denies all allegations, stating that ZKSync was developed independently. The trial date is pending.
