This will arguable be web 4 as there will be zero chance of corruption of the user experience. Every financial application will have to deploy a web 4 program onchain which will render their UI for their users which will now connect directly to the blockchain network without connecting to the corrupt and unhygienic web2 webserver and cloud layers. UI will then be uncorruptable, fully transparent and already be on the network right at the block layer. Technically this is quite easy on a high speed single state machine like a Gen 3 blockchain and impossible for any Gen 2 layered chain. This is how @Google and @Apple become deprecated.
