How do I deal with emotions? Whenever I have trigger or emotion present, I am aware of it yet I don't try to fight it or do anything with them. I simply acknowledge it, allow them to be there and gently shift my focus back to the plan. Then execute the plan. I literally do this over and over. Day in and day out. And it doesn't stop, I'm not a robot. I feel the same emotions, I have the same thoughts as you. The only difference between me and a failing trader Is I've just learned to deal with them in a healthier way. You feel like you are unlucky... You feel the market, the broker is out to get you. Whatever you do goes wrong. It feels like everything is against you. No, that's not what's happening. - Your caught up in short term thinking - Looking for quick dopamine hits - To feel like a winner - To gain that emotional payoff. Instead take a step back and zoom out Realise losses, bad luck whatever you want to call it Is all just short term noise that's part of the process Your never going to be an exception to this rule. #psychologyofmoney $BTC {future}(BTCUSDT)

If you're a beginner or a seasoned player in the trading business, especially in Crypto. These books should be your closest ally. Read it once, read it twice or thrice. Everyone has losing trades or bad trading days (even me), but if you're learning from them, that's what really counts. You should be proud that you're choosing to analyze your mistakes and use them to improve your trading. If you keep this up, there's no way you won't get better at trading. #psychologyofmoney

A single losing trade is meaningless. The only meaning to it is the one that you give to it. No one trade should have the power to ruin your day if you are trading correctly. Focus on self compassion and reframe the meaning. #psychologyofmoney

Focus on direction—not speed. It’s better to climb slowly up the RIGHT mountain than to climb fast up the WRONG one! When you look for shortcuts you end up taking 2 steps back. #psychologyofmoney

The last piece of your trading puzzle after you have an edge is mastering your trading psychology. You need faith in yourself and faith in your system to execute it with discipline. #psychologyofmoney
