The buyer has KYC, transferred the money under the owner's name, but this punk received the money and twisted the buyer to delay unlocking. The buyer was negligent and did not check the merchant's information beforehand, and when the incident happened, they only found out that this guy's average transaction speed is around 40 minutes!!
