The attention of Italians towards digital assets is growing.
Conio, the Italian fintech backed by Poste Italiane and Banca Generali, which launched the first Italian wallet for the custody of Bitcoin and digital assets, available to its 430,000 users through its smartphone App and within the Apps of Banca Generali and Hype, conducted research to study the behaviors across different regions.
It emerges that the interest in these assets spans the entire peninsula: Lombardy, Lazio, Campania, Veneto, and Sicily are, in fact, the regions with the highest number of registered users on the platform. Furthermore, a significant portion of clients also resides in central regions such as Marche, Abruzzo, and Molise.
The majority percentage of clients is male (88%), compared to 12% female.
