Introducing EigenCloud: A new primitive for verifiability
The launch of EigenCloud marks a major evolution in the project’s roadmap. The platform is designed to offer “verifiability-as-a-service”, empowering developers to build off-chain applications with on-chain trust guarantees. It combines core services such as:
EigenVerify - a dispute resolution system
EigenDA - a decentralized data availability layer
EigenCompute - a module for off-chain execution
Together, these components enable a programmable environment that extends blockchain-grade verification to real-world use cases across AI, healthcare, media, finance, and Web2 applications.
“EigenCloud expands the programmability of crypto and makes virtually anything verifiable onchain,” said Sreeram Kannan, CEO of Eigen Labs. “It opens up the opportunity for developers to build highly ambitious products like disintermediated digital marketplaces, onchain insurance, fully onchain games, and verifiable AI.”
The platform already supports over 200 AVSs in development or production, securing around $2 billion in application value.

One of the first enterprise adopters of EigenCloud is Securitize, which will use the platform to verify pricing data for BlackRock’s $2 billion BUIDL tokenized fund. The alpha release includes performance upgrades to EigenDA, a preview of EigenVerify’s slashing functionality, and a developer roadmap that promises staged access to EigenCompute in the coming months.

Binance announced $70 million in EigenCloud investment
Consensys CEO and Ethereum co-founder Joe Lubin stated: EigenCloud is a daring move in the direction of verifiability, which is crucial to the internet as we approach a new era.
