The Trump Organization is making a high-profile comeback in Dubai, partnering with DarGlobal to launch the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai. Rising 350 meters over the city, the 80-story tower will boast the highest outdoor swimming pool on Earth, alongside luxury hotel and residential units with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa.

While specific architectural details remain under wraps, early visuals reveal a sleek, slender structure with a signature void at the top—evoking the design of Shanghai’s World Financial Center. Interiors will channel the opulence of the Trump Tower Penthouse in NYC, but with a more refined, contemporary touch.

Though it won’t set a height record in Dubai, the tower cements the city’s status as a hub for bold, luxury-driven design. Eric Trump calls it a testament to their values of “excellence, luxury, and innovation.” The tower is slated to open by December 2031.
