#SatochiNakamoto Satoshi Nakamoto and the first Bitcoin users
As expected, the first exchanges and purchases with Bitcoin were made among the group of programmers who exchanged chats and ideas with Satoshi Nakamoto. In the midst of programming forums, this individual — whose supposed name is Satoshi Nakamoto — shared with some prominent computer scientists such as Hal Finney (who was the first to receive Bitcoins), Wei Dai, Adam Black, Nick Szabo, and Laszlo Hanyecz. This group was the first to transact with this cryptocurrency.
On January 3, 2009, the first blockchain was created with a reward of 50 Bitcoins. Nakamoto had disclosed the characteristics of this technology in the “White Paper,” which he shared in such web forums. Hal Finney had already designed some methods of financial money, but Nakamoto is the one who ultimately realized the “blockchain” (although he did not refer to it by that name).
