🔍 Why Do Newly Launched Tokens Struggle or Drop in Price?

⚠️ Reason 1: Early Exit by Insiders

New tokens often airdrop or allocate large portions to early supporters.
Once the token hits exchanges, many of these holders instantly sell, causing intense downward pressure.

Price = Supply vs Demand.
But most new tokens launch with zero product, no user base, and only hype.
Investors don’t trust what hasn’t proven itself — so they pull capital fast.

✅ So, What’s a Smart Way to Trade New Tokens?

Here’s the golden rule: Wait for a base to form 🧱

Most new coins debut at inflated valuations — $5M, $20M, or more — without any real traction.
Jumping in at launch is risky unless you know how to play fast rotations.

Instead:

1️⃣ Let the token find its floor (accumulation zone)
2️⃣ Watch for volume spikes or breakouts from that base
3️⃣ Enter only when you see confirmation of interest – not just hope
