The Depin public chain IOTA launched an IOTA Gaming module on July 24, but there isn't much game content visible in Discord.
As for decentralized games related to physical hardware, I can't think of anything. How about location-based LBS chain games? If Pokemon released a chain game, it should be quite fun, and it could also be combined with the recently popular decentralized AI data labeling, like SaharaAI.
