Catastrophic flooding has struck Central Texas, particularly in Kerrville, Center Point, Ingram, and Comfort. The Guadalupe River has reached its second-highest level in recorded history. The situation remains critical, with meteorologists warning of additional storms. The flooding has caused widespread destruction and loss of life, with many homes and roads submerged underwater.
