Robinhood has launched tokenized US stocks and ETFs in the EU, covering over 200 assets, including Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, and more, and for the first time tokenizing private company stocks (such as OpenAI, SpaceX).

Features: Zero commission (may involve other fees), 24/5 trading, supports direct payment of dividends to the application, aimed at EU users.

Extra incentive: New users can receive tokens equivalent to 5 euros for OpenAI and SpaceX before July 7, 2025.

Future plans: To expand tokenized stocks to “thousands” by the end of the year, and achieve 24/7 trading.

Using blockchain: Initially issued on Arbitrum (Ethereum Layer 2).

In the future, it will migrate to Robinhood's self-developed Layer 2 blockchain Robinhood Chain (based on Arbitrum technology stack), supporting 24/7 trading, self-custody, and cross-chain bridging.

Robinhood has obtained MiCA (EU Market in Crypto-Assets Regulation) license, supporting compliant tokenized trading.
