#DephtTool $TRUMP Hello,
You have to be brave, patient and have unwavering faith to invest in an asset where demand is, according to the attached depth chart, still as low as supply, this profile preventing any rise in the short term. šŖš
To answer your question from a technical point of view, do you see the changes in slope on each of the two depth curves?
Now, compare these slopes face to face near the current price (in the middle):
Without additional entries or exits outside these declared orders, each time the green slope is steeper than the red slope opposite, the price will increase and vice versa.
This tool is very useful for setting short or medium term buy or sell limit orders.
Now what other tool will allow you to evaluate more globally the inflows and outflows of liquidity (declared or not) and therefore predict in which direction the price will move?
1) The evolution of the capitalization in info:
If it increases, the price will mechanically increase (more or less late depending on the relative volumes in play) in response to the increase in demand and vice versa.
2) The trading data that gives you this information over different periods.
Happy secure investments to you. š¤
