Expectations are high for Donald Trump's inauguration on Monday, January 20, 2025. We believe that the new administration could mark a significant change in the U.S. government's regulatory stance towards cryptocurrencies.

It is a fact that Trump met directly with Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse. On January 6, 2025, Garlinghouse and Ripple's Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty attended a private dinner with the president-elect. Garlinghouse described the meeting on social media as a “great dinner” and a “strong start to 2025”.

Although there are no official confirmations, there are expectations that the Trump administration may consider including cryptocurrencies such as XRP, Solana (SOL) and USD Coin (USDC) in future national strategic reserves.

I personally believe in the potential of this administration to bring positive change to both Ripple and the cryptocurrency market in the United States.

It is important to note that, to date, there have been no direct official statements from Trump regarding XRP. However, the signs of receptiveness generate optimism regarding the future of this sector under the new administration.

📊 How does a vigilant investor analyze the scenario by looking at buy and sell ORDERS?

In the cryptocurrency market, buy and sell orders (order book) are essential for understanding market behavior and identifying opportunities. 👀

💡 What are buy and sell orders?
• Buy orders represent the demand from buyers for the asset (how much they are willing to pay).
• Sell orders indicate the supply from sellers (the minimum price they want to sell for).
This data is displayed in the order book within Binance, updated in real-time.

How to interpret large orders in the market?

👉 Large sell volumes (sell walls):
• Indicate that there are many sellers willing to sell at a specific price.
• Market impact: This can create a resistance at the price, making it difficult for it to rise above that level.

👉 Large buy volumes (buy walls):
• Indicate that there are many buyers waiting at a certain price.
• Market impact: This can create a support at the price, making it difficult for it to fall below that level.

Why does this matter?

🔍 A dedicated and attentive investor can use this information to:

1️⃣ Identify SUPPORTS and RESISTANCES: Predict possible zones where the price may reverse.

2️⃣ Anticipate sharp movements: Large orders can generate panic or euphoria, influencing the decisions of other investors.

I always keep OPEN orders for both buying and/or selling, the crypto market is highly volatile and open 24 hours; While we sleep, others are moving the market, and being prepared makes all the difference.

📢 Binance Earn: Fixed Income in the World of Cryptocurrencies!

Today we will explore an incredible feature that Binance offers: Binance Earn, a solution that resembles fixed income.

Is it worth it? Let's understand how it works and what the best strategies are to take advantage of this application. 👇

1️⃣ What is Binance Earn:
It allows you to invest cryptocurrencies in different earning modalities, offering a variable yield depending on the time you keep the applied coins.

👉 There are two main models:

✅ Flexible: withdraw at any time and receive daily earnings. However, the yield is lower.

✅ Fixed Term: The yield increases the longer you keep the invested coins (15, 30, 60, 90 days, etc).

2️⃣ How does the Fixed Term model work?
By opting for the fixed term, you agree to keep your applied coins for a determined period. The longer you invest, the higher the yield percentage will be.

💡 Important: If you need to redeem the amount before the term, you can do so, but you will lose all the accumulated yield up to that moment.

3️⃣ My experience:
Currently, I use the flexible model for all my coins. I like having the freedom to withdraw, sell, or convert quickly, even knowing that the yield is lower.

👉 I have tried the fixed term model, but I needed to make early redemptions and lost the earnings. I prefer to accept smaller gains than risk losing all the yield in such a volatile market as cryptocurrencies.

4️⃣ Tip for investors:

✅ Analyze your profile and financial objective before choosing between the flexible model or fixed term.

✅ The flexible model is ideal for those who prefer liquidity and flexibility.

✅ The fixed term can be interesting if you are sure you won't need to move the coins..

Today, I will share my trading strategy with RUNE, a cryptocurrency that currently ranks 96th in market capitalization among all the coins listed on Binance. I had previously LIQUIDATED my position, took advantage of the drop to buy back, and now I am readjusting my strategy again.

Summary of my trade with $RUNE

🔹 Previous average selling price: $6.453
🔹 Previous average buying price: $4.09
🔹 Current average buyback price: $2.73
🔹 Next position for buyback: $2.1
🔹 Expectation for new sale (not below): $6.453

My strategy with $RUNE

1️⃣ I liquidated my position:
• I took advantage of the price of $6.453 to sell my previous position, waiting for a market retracement.

2️⃣ Buybacks on the drop:
• After the drop, I resumed trading in RUNE, with an adjusted average price of $2.73.

3️⃣ Positioned for new purchases:
• If the price drops further, I am positioned for new buybacks starting at $2.1.

4️⃣ Planned sale:
• My expectation is to sell again at $6.453 or even higher, believing that the currency has the potential to reach these higher levels.

2️⃣ Putting all your money in a single coin.
Diversification is key! Betting everything on a single cryptocurrency can be very risky. Spread your investments across different assets to minimize risks and increase your chances of returns.

👉 But be careful! Avoid over-diversifying. I suggest starting with up to 10 coins at most to maintain control and focus.

3️⃣ Falling for the “hype”/ following trends without analyzing.
Projects that promise quick profits are often traps. Research well before following trends or investing in “trendy” tokens.

👉 Trust the fundamentals of the project, and not just what social media says. Be wary of exaggerated promises!

💡 Extra Tip: Start small! Invest an amount that feels comfortable while you learn. This way, you gain experience and confidence in the market.

🔹 Position for repurchase: $1.99

How I operate with $XRP

⚠️ Reminder: I never sell all of my position! Not of this coin.

1️⃣ Repurchases:
• I am positioned to start new purchases if the price drops to $1.99.
• My strategy is not to buy everything at once. As soon as the price reaches this value, I place 2-3 additional buy orders below this price to take advantage of further drops.

2️⃣ Sales:
• My expectation to start selling is positioned at $4.00.
• When reaching this value, I also do not sell everything at once. I place 2-3 orders above this price to take advantage of possible further increases.

3️⃣ Restructuring the strategy:

🔹 General Rule:
The declaration of cryptoassets in the "Assets and Rights" section is mandatory WHEN:

The *** ACQUISITION COST *** of an asset is equal to or greater than R$ 5.000,00.

📌 Practical Example:
• ACQUISITION COST: R$ 4.000,00
• Current market value: R$ 10.000,00
• Sales made: None (position held)

❓ In the example above, DO I NEED TO DECLARE?

Answer: NO!

Since the ACQUISITION COST was LOWER than R$ 5.000,00, the Revenue does NOT require this asset to be included in the declaration.

⚠️ However…. The Recommendation:

The bad mood of investors cut the total market capitalization of EOS to US$1.4199B.

At its all-time high, the market capitalization of EOS reached US$17.5290B.

In the last seven days, EOS has shown an increase in its value and has risen 16.31%.
