Future Trading – Halal ya Haram?

Hadees ka hawala (Sunan Abi Dawud: 3503):
Hakim ibn Hizam ne Nabi ﷺ se poocha: “Kya main aisi cheez bech sakta hoon jo mere paas nahi?”
Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: “Jo cheez tumhare paas nahi, use na becho.”
Iska matlab hai, agar cheez aapke qabze (possession) me nahi to bechna mana hai. Us waqt digital cheezen nahi thi, lekin future trading me coin aapke paas physically nahi hota — sirf contract hota hai. Jaise dropshipping me aap product apne paas rakhe bina aage bechte ho, waise hi yahan bhi hota hai.

Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat 282:
Leverage me loan hota hai, lekin interest nahi hota. Quran me clear likha hai, loan par agreement zaruri hai. Sood (riba) tab hota hai jab loan par extra paisa liya jaye.

Funding Fees:
Ye service charges ki tarah hoti hain, sood nahi. Jaise bank paise transfer karte waqt thoda charge leta hai. Ye haram nahi hai.
