You’ll often come across posts from new traders who want to position themselves for the inevitable bull market—if and when it comes. I’ve been there. I’ll also share how I got in early on plays like #Dogecoin‬⁩ , #Bunny , and others, turning small capital into 100x+ returns.

One thing to appreciate about crypto is this: if you’re right about market direction and you go for the underlying asset—not a leveraged position—you don’t necessarily lose money. Instead, the value of your position just becomes a function of the market price.
In simple terms: your $100 might not be gone—it’s just worth more or less depending on where price trades.

So how do you pick assets that might be the next big thing?
1) Past Strength
Look at tokens that showed major strength in previous bull runs. You don’t need to fully understand the fundamentals just yet.

Switch to the Monthly chart of an asset.
Look for consecutive green months and note the distance from the low to high during those runs.

If a token had strong past performance, chances are those who made money on it will watch it closely in the next cycle.

2) Dig into Fundamentals
From the strong tokens you’ve identified, take time to understand the fundamentals behind them. If you come across technical terms you don’t understand, use ChatGPT to break it down. Fundamentals don’t always matter in the short-term, but they help you filter out which ones can have that crazy run and help gauge the time horizon

3) Track the Hype
See what people are getting excited about for the next bull cycle.

Run the same steps (1 and 2) on these hyped tokens.
Sometimes the crowd is early to something. Sometimes they’re just loud. You’ll get better at filtering with experience.

4) Find Hidden Gems

Follow elites and OGs in the space.
For example, I followed Ian Balina back in the day. He built spreadsheets tracking his favorite projects—many of which performed well.
Look out for similar thinkers today who have data, history, and conviction in their picks.
Take a look at those picks and perform step 1 and 2 again on these

5) One finale thing I’d quickly check was the maximum supply a token would have in its lifetime. The lower the cap the better

That said here are some top tokens that could 10x or even 100x possibly… Perform steps 1 and 2 on these to find which ones you’re more comfortable with.
