#BNBTAH BNB Why can it reach 1000 dollars?
Good question. No one knows the exact answer. Correlation does not imply causation. However, here are some possible reasons (incomplete).
People often give me too much credit. In fact, I haven't done much. I'm not as rigorously involved as Vitalik. At most, I'm just a mascot, more like a community member.
First, I believe the new U.S. government's support for cryptocurrency may be the biggest change.
Gas fees on the BNB Chain decreased tenfold overnight, making it one of the lowest-cost blockchains.
Trading volume surged further, and the BNB Chain became the chain with the highest trading volume.
Binance Alpha eliminated the necessity for project tokens to first launch on smaller exchanges. Therefore, it provided a more streamlined process for projects transitioning from DeFi to CeFi. I had no involvement in the design of the Alpha version; I learned about it on X.
With the return of meme coins, trading volume on the BNB Chain has also increased in other areas such as stablecoins, DEX, AI, and RWA.
Multiple RWA issuers have been deployed on the BNB Chain.
Hundreds of AI projects have been deployed on the BNB Chain.
The BNB Chain burned BNB worth 1.6 billion dollars last quarter and also burned billions of dollars in the previous quarter.
The SEC withdrew the lawsuit against Binance, Binance US fiat trading platform, and myself in May (filed by Gary Gensler). This eliminated the last attack on BNB possibly being deemed a security. I'm not a lawyer; this is just my layman's understanding. There may be biases. But this is definitely good news for BNB.
YZiLabs (and other venture capital firms) have invested/incubated dozens of strong projects on the BNB Chain.
Existing projects on the chain are performing well. Pancake Swap handles massive transactions. Lista competes with Venus in the DeFi lending space. Four launched meme and RWA. Aster's TGE was fantastic...
Several DAT companies are buying BNB, each worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
There are more builders on the BNB Chain. Strong community support.
