On May 7, 2023, a group of Chinese KOLs met on SPS to discuss the popular Pepe and the declining BSC chain. They thought about whether to create a meme coin, called Bibi, which means blind bibi. The vision at that time was to create a top Chinese meme coin and revitalize the BSC chain. Then more and more people listened to this SPS, and finally reached more than 2,000 people. Everyone on SPS said it was good and should be released quickly. However, the initiator of SPS and some other hosts did not release the coin due to various reasons, some of which were technical reasons, and some had small ideas. Later, someone who attended the meeting saw that the atmosphere was here, so he sent it on behalf of others. Then it was released.
After the coin was issued, all permissions were abandoned at the first time. Then the community was autonomous.
A few days after the coin was issued, there were various meetings held by retail investors every day to discuss the planning of the coin and the organizational structure of the community.
