As Binance conducts periodic reviews of its promotional offerings to provide users with the most valuable and competitive services, Binance will update its Zero Maker Fee Trading for ARS, BRL, and ZAR spot trading pairs on 2025-05-23 00:00 (UTC).

Key Update
Starting from 23/05/2025 at 00:00 (UTC), standard maker fees will apply to all users when trading the ARS, BRL, and ZAR spot pairs.

Details of the updated fee structure:

Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed wash trades or mass illegal account registrations, as well as trades that exhibit attributes of self-buying or market manipulation.

Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who alters the Binance program code or interferes with the operation of the Binance program code with other software.

Binance measures all trading volume and metrics related to the Promotion at its sole and absolute discretion.

On 26/05/2025 at 03:00 (UTC), Binance will remove all existing EOS spot trading pairs (i.e., EOS/BTC, EOS/ETH, EOS/FDUSD, EOS/TRY, EOS/USDC, and EOS/USDT) and cancel all pending EOS spot trading orders. On 28/05/2025 at 08:00 (UTC), Binance will open trading for pairs A/BTC, A/ETH, A/FDUSD, A/TRY, A/USDC, and A/USDT.

Deposits and withdrawals

On 26/05/2025 at 03:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of EOS tokens will be suspended. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your EOS token deposits to be fully processed before this time.

Deposits of token A will open on 28/05/2025 at 07:00 (UTC).

Binance will make a separate announcement after the event is completed to notify users when withdrawals of token A have been opened.

Once the event is completed, withdrawals of EOS tokens will no longer be supported.

Binance will handle all technical requirements for users participating in this event.

Token exchange and rebranding
EOS tokens will take on the token symbol A on Binance.

All EOS tokens will be exchanged for A at a ratio of 1 EOS = 1 A.

To increase market liquidity and improve the trading experience, Binance will complete adjustments to the tick size (i.e., the minimum price fluctuation) of certain spot trading pairs before 05/16/2025 at 05:00 (UTC). For more information on the tick size of all spot trading pairs on Binance, please refer to the Trading Rules.

The adjustment will not affect spot trading or other relevant functions.

The tick size through the API will also change. API users can use GET /api/v3/exchangeInfo to obtain the latest tick size. For more details and updates, please refer to the API changelog.

The tick size update will not affect existing spot orders. After the update, orders placed before the update will continue to adjust to the original size.
