I will try to respond clearly to the various questions I have received about APR and its implications.

The APR refers to a small percentage, let's see an example: UDDT 12% includes 10% APR and 2% more in total.
The 10% refers to a small part of the total, for example, 100 dollars; from here it only gives 2%, so we do the division.

Total for 1000 dollars, we receive 36 dollars annually.
