Binance encountered a major bug. I have been in a short position for several days, but I log in every day to check the market. I noticed the market was not doing well last night, so I continued to hold my short position. However, today I found that I was holding several positions. When I checked the transaction history, it was before New Year's Day!!!! I contacted customer service, but they did not solve the problem and kept questioning whether I had shared my account with others. May I ask, can sharing an account with others clear transaction history or create transaction records? Could it also not be a problem with your Binance system?
