I calculated the map earnings of冒险岛 @MaplestoryU. Earning 20 coins in an hour seems worse than working in a factory. A friend tested a level 190 map and averaged 2.5 $neso per monster. Taking the highest monster-killing efficiency of a Fire/Poison Mage, killing 10 monsters per second, for an hour (3600 seconds), the total income is 90,000 $neso. With 100,000 $neso exchanging for 1 $nxpc, we can directly calculate that 1 $nxpc is roughly equivalent to 20 coins. It's important to note that this is already the top-level map and top monster-killing efficiency, and even then, it’s still not as high as factory wages. It seems we can only rely on boss equipment drops and other earnings to make up for it.
