Didn’t expect that, did you? The exchange rate of BTC/ETH has finally returned to the levels of February this year!
And the previous lowest point actually reached 0.0176, which can be considered a timely low!
The historical highest was at 0.12, which was during Ethereum's peak moment, probably around the ICO period in 2018.
Then there was the DeFi boom in 2021, when it peaked at around 0.08!
So, the so-called exchange rates in the past did not really form any fixed patterns.
This time, unless Ethereum brings some major innovation, the pattern should stabilize above 0.06, and that would mark the peak of altcoins.
Determining whether altcoins are overvalued comes down to two factors: one is the market cap ratio of Bitcoin, and the other is the pattern between Ethereum and Bitcoin. The former should be below 45% roughly, and the latter should be above 0.06 roughly!
