The media always publishes what is in its interest and wants you to hear it.
The approval was issued on December 30th, why is the announcement now?
Remember that they announced the sale of the first batch of 9800 Bitcoin in 2023 after it actually happened and not before the sale.
The chart above shows that the transfer process took place yesterday, January 8th, and most likely it was sold either inside or outside the market. We are waiting for an official announcement about that.
