🎯 If you don't understand these terms... trading will be a risk, not an opportunity!
Before you open any trade,
you need to understand what you're buying... not just imitate someone else.
The problem is that some people enter the market without understanding the simplest terms,
and this turns the trade from an opportunity... into a real risk!
I understand that the beginning can be confusing,
but trust me... the first step to professionalism is understanding how the market communicates.
✳️ Focus with me on 3 basic terms you need to understand to work correctly:
1️⃣ Market Cap – Market Capitalization
This is a measure of the currency's strength.
A currency like
$BTC has a huge market cap = higher stability + lower risk.
But an emerging currency? Its value is low = bigger opportunities + higher risk.
2️⃣ Volume – Trading Volume
This means the daily activity on the currency.
The higher the volume, the clearer the trend.
Example? When you see high trading volume on
$ETH , know that movement is coming.
3️⃣ Circulating Supply – Circulating Supply
This is the number of units currently available.
A currency with a large number like
$SHIB needs massive liquidity to move.
Not always does a low price = strong opportunity.
🎯 In summary:
Don't enter a trade before understanding the currency, not just from the chart's appearance, but from within the numbers.
