BTC dominance is the relationship of BTC to the entire market. Since we understand who calls the tune, we should pay attention to this, especially since there are patterns here.
Previously, we wrote a post about the impact of the rise and fall of dominance under different market conditions.
Today I would like to highlight specific parts on the chart - these are the past 2 bullish cycles.
On the chart I highlighted the most active periods on the alts, immediately before these zones we also observed good movements, BUT it was precisely during the sharp drop in dominance that there was that very revaluation of projects and the maximum peak of greed.
Now dominance has risen high and money continues to flow into the main asset; sooner or later this will end and distribution will begin in the market. One can only guess at what point the dominance will begin to fall, but since the height has already been gained, this can happen at any moment. I keep this in mind and believe that the altos have not yet shown themselves. The market will provide an opportunity to make money, and many will not be ready for this.
Patience and hard work are rewarded.
