• These terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern users’ participation in the promotion above (“Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, users agree to these Promotion Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. 

• In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Promotion Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Promotion Terms shall prevail, followed by the  following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.

• ​​Only users from qualified regions who completed account verification (KYC) shall be eligible for any rewards. The Promotion may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions or to certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements. Users are responsible for informing themselves about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements.

• This Promotion is available exclusively to verified users who have completed identity verification, registered for the campaign, made a successful Fiat Deposit or/and fiat-to-crypto purchase via Buy Crypto / P2P, and use Convert during the Activity Period.

• Each eligible participant is entitled to a maximum of two cashbacks only:

• Deposit, Buy crypto, or complete a P2P Trade: To be qualified for the first cashback, users need to deposit, buy crypto, or complete a P2P trade of at least US$50 equivalent in their local currency (Fiat) during the Activity Period. The first 10,000 participants who meet the requirements can receive a 0.5% cashback in Bitcoin, capped at US$10 per qualified user.

• Convert Cashback: To qualify for the second cashback, users need to complete a trade of at least US$25 equivalent amount on Binance Convert on any of the eligible fiat or trading pairs during the Activity Period. The first 10,000 participants who meet the requirements can receive a 0.5% cashback in Bitcoin, capped at US$10 per qualified user. 

• Trading volume from Buy Crypto via Paymonade will not be counted in this Promotion.

• Trading volumes on all FDUSD, TUSD, and USDT trading pairs will not count toward the trading volume requirement for EEA users in this Promotion. • The deposited or purchased asset must remain in the user’s account for the subsequent 30 days for the user to qualify for cashback. If the user makes multiple crypto purchases by Deposit, Buy Crypto, P2P or Convert in your local currency (fiat), the total accumulated amount during the Activity Period will be considered.

• The following types of trades will not count as successful trades toward Convert: 

  • API trades on Binance Convert;

  • Trade from stablecoin to stablecoin;

  • Convert trades on old tokens that have previously undergone a token swap, redenomination or merging event, to the corresponding new token;

• Reward Distribution: 

  • Rewards will be distributed in the form of token vouchers within eight weeks after the Promotion concludes. Winners will be able to login and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub. 

  • All token voucher rewards will expire within 90 days after distribution. Eligible users should claim their vouchers before the expiration date. If a voucher is not claimed before its expiry, then it will be void and no replacement voucher nor other reward will be provided. Learn how to redeem a voucher.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations, risk accounts, self dealing, or market manipulation). Binance further reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations, risk accounts, self dealing, or market manipulation). 

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Promotion Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
