How to Participate
Click the [Register Now] button in the activity page to confirm your participation.
Start inviting your family and friends to Binance using your Standard Referral Link/ID or Lite Referral Link/ID, and ensure that your referrals complete account verification to count as successful referrals.
Promotion A: Refer Friends to Binance to Earn a Share of 5,000 FDUSD in Token Vouchers
The first 500 eligible users who confirm their participation and attain at least three successful referrals who complete their first spot trade or deposit during the Promotion Period, will each be rewarded 10 FDUSD in token voucher.
Promotion B: Be Amongst the Top 10 Referrers to Share 5,500 FDUSD in Token Vouchers
All eligible users who confirm their participation and attain at least 50 successful referrals who complete their first spot trade or deposit during the Promotion Period, will be ranked by the number of successful referrals they attain during the Promotion Period.
The top 10 eligible referrers will share 5,500 FDUSD in token vouchers, as per the table below.

Promotion C: Verify Your Account as a New User to Share 2,000 FDUSD in Token Vouchers
The first 1,000 referrals from eligible participants in this promotion will each receive a 2 FDUSD token voucher after completing account verification.
Terms & Conditions
This promotion may not be available in your region. Only verified users who receive communications from Binance on this promotion and click the [Register Now] button on the activity page may qualify for rewards from Promotion A or B.
If an eligible user qualifies for rewards in both Promotion A and Promotion B, he/she will only receive the reward with the higher value (i.e., up to 1,000 FDUSD in token voucher from Promotion B).
Eligible users may refer their friends via either the Standard Referral Mode or Lite Referral Mode for this promotion. Only referrals who complete account verification during the Promotion Period will count as successful referrals.
Each new user can only be referred to Binance via one referral mode. If a new user registers for a Binance account via the Lite Referral ID/Link, the referrer will not be eligible for any commission-based rewards from the Standard Referral Mode.
Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this promotion.
Rewards Distribution
Token voucher rewards will be distributed to eligible participants within 20 days of the end of the Promotion. Users will be able to log in and redeem their voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.
The validity period for token voucher rewards is set at seven days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a token voucher.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify and revoke rewards for participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the Promotion Period, including but not limited to registering from the same IP or device, bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses, and any other activity in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all participants shall be bound by these amendments.
