To celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year, Binance is excited to launch a new promotion for Binance Loans (Flexible Rates) users. During the Promotion Period, eligible users who successfully complete new Binance Loans (Flexible Rate) orders will have a chance to get up to 3,888 USDC in rewards.
Promotion Period: 2025-01-23 00:00 (UTC) to 2025-02-11 23:59 (UTC)
During the Promotion Period, eligible users who fulfill all of the following requirements will be able to participate:
Only users who opt-in from the campaign page are eligible to participate.
Complete new Binance Loans (Flexible Rate) order(s) for eligible loan tokens with at least $1,000 equivalent of daily average loan amount.
Eligible Loan Tokens: USDT, USDC, ETH, and SOL.
All eligible users will be ranked by their average Daily Average Loan Amount* during the 20-day Promotion Period. The top 30 users will qualify to share the following rewards, listed in the table below.
Please Note:
Only new Binance Loans (Flexible Rate) order(s) completed during the Promotion Period are eligible.
*Daily Average Loan Amount = Sum of eligible Loan position daily snapshot during the Promotion Period / 20 days
Case Study:
User A borrowed 1,000 USDC on 2025-01-23, and maintained the 1,000 USDC borrowing until 2025-02-11, the daily average loan amount will be 1,000 USDC.
User B borrowed 1,000 USDC on 2025-01-23, and repaid the 1,000 USDC borrowing on 2025-01-31, the daily average loan amount will be 1,000 * 8 / 20 = 400 USDC. Thus, user B is not eligible for the campaign since the average borrowing is below $1,000 equivalent.
Only users who confirm participation on the campaign page and complete account verification will be eligible for rewards from the Promotion.
The Promotion is only available to users who are enabled to use Binance Loans (Flexible Rates), and may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions, or to certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements.

Rewards will be distributed to eligible users' Spot Wallets within three (3) weeks after the campaign ends.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
